I use to spend so much time worrying about what other people thought of me… hours and hours accumulated thinking about the worst or the ‘what ifs’. Imagine if we used that time to learn a new skill, or spend time with loved ones, being outdoors or doing something to better ourselves.. when we do this we calm our nervous system and this can help to avoid burnout.
